To engage with African American professionals within the Boys & Girls Club Movement, gather insights, understand the challenges, and co-create solutions that align with ROOTED's strategic objectives. By engaging in this structured yet open-ended Listening Session, ROOTED will not only reaffirm its commitment to listening to its members and allies but also reinforce the collaborative nature of its strategy and development process.
