Empowering African American leaders within the Boys & Girls Club Movement, ROOTED stands as a beacon of holistic growth, empowerment, and community building. We envision a future where our leaders are not only professionally advanced but also resiliently anchored to their roots, addressing societal challenges head-on.
By intertwining professional development with broader societal concerns, ROOTED seeks to cultivate leaders who inspire, uplift, and transform the lives of countless black youths, fostering a world where every young individual thrives and reaches their full potential.

Skilling CEO's & Club LEADERS
Tailored leadership training specifically for African American CEOs and club leaders, featuring customized modules, peer-to-peer learning, and specialized workshops in financial management and operational excellence.
Learning & Feedback
Continuous learning and adaptation through regular feedback collection from members to align initiatives with evolving needs, alongside periodic strategic reviews to ensure effectiveness in meeting organizational goals.
